Position Overview

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at Sands Auto Group in Glendale, AZ. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building lasting relationships with customers, guiding them through the vehicle selection process, and becoming an expert on our product offerings.

Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers to create a loyal customer base
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, including new and used vehicles, optional packages, and the latest automotive technology
  • Conduct professional demonstrations of vehicles to showcase their features and benefits
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referral business
  • Learn effective strategies to overcome objections and excel in sales situations
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
Requirements
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Eagerness to quickly learn and understand product details and features
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers
  • Professional and well-groomed personal appearance
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening
