Regional Manager Job Description

As a Regional Manager, you'll play a critical role in upholding our standard of cleanliness and customer service by working with managers and staff inside our Judgement Free Zone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elevate club managers in your region to be independent, successful managers of their business by teaching them how to utilize tools and hold them accountable to results.
  • Deliver consistent feedback to managers on performance through weekly visits and performance reviews.
  • Assist managers in developing talent and building a pipeline for future growth, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
  • Review and analyze data from daily Fitness BI metrics, L10 scorecard, and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Meet with managers individually to review progress on bonus scorecards and KPI tracking, holding them accountable for business metrics and providing support in areas of opportunity.
  • Facilitate weekly Level 10 meetings with team members to track progress on metrics and 90-day goals.
  • Identify strengths and weaknesses within the region and leverage training to develop stronger teams.
  • Provide regular feedback to the Regional Director based on interactions with staff in your clubs, using observation and feedback to determine what would be helpful for managers to learn more about and assist with training.
  • Hold managers accountable for daily operations to ensure a premier member experience.
  • Assess the business of underperforming clubs, working with the Regional Director to ensure standard operating procedures are in place and developing strategies to improve business.
  • Review online and social media complaints, working with the management team to assess and adjust business practices as needed.
  • Facilitate new hire orientations and ensure the onboarding process for all new hires is completed correctly.
  • Identify talent for the manager-in-training program and assist with instructing weekly training sessions.
  • Maintain staffing levels through recruitment and following turnover trends, ensuring clubs follow scheduling standards and eliminate overtime.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to keep employees motivated and engaged
  • Ability to travel to multiple locations
