Job Title: Internet Sales Person - Powersports

RideNow Powersports, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Internet Sales Person to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for an exceptional listener, a skilled communicator, and a results-driven individual who can effectively manage incoming phone calls and internet leads. The ideal candidate will have a passion for powersports and a strong desire to learn and grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming phone calls and internet leads with requests about powersports vehicles.
  • Set and confirm sales appointments and perform long-term follow-up on all unsold customers.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to internet inquiries promptly with courtesy, honesty, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Communicate effectively with customers according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email, text) with exceptional email and writing skills.
  • Customer follow-up and retention: Follow up with all unsold prospects daily and stay in contact with sold customers.
  • Keep abreast of incoming inventory and be able to operate software to locate our vehicles quickly and efficiently.
  • Data Entry: Maintain accurate and thorough customer information and all interactions with guests into the CRM.
  • Assist with growing a team under you once our new location is receiving enough leads to add assistance.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Previous automotive or powersports internet sales experience strongly preferred but not required.
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems such as Eleads, desired.
  • Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written (including exceptional email skills).
  • Experience building and motivating a team of sales or internet sales associates.
  • Energetic and outgoing personality.
  • Professional, pleasant, friendly demeanor.
  • The willingness to follow up and follow-up again with customers (persistently patient).
  • Internet savvy, great computer skills, and exceptional organizational skills to keep track of all leads.
  • Familiarity with and interest in powersports vehicles desired.
