ROLE SUMMARY:

Our store associates are enthusiastic about delivering an outstanding shopping experience for our customers through their willingness to assist, adherence to high brand and execution standards, prioritization skills, and efficient execution of operational tasks.

- Welcome all individuals (teammates and customers) and proactively engage with athletes to comprehend their needs and enhance their shopping journey.

- Ensure that all products and merchandise received at the store are processed in line with established protocols and procedures.

- Maintain company merchandising and presentation standards.

- Deliver the company-defined customer experience by executing all processes according to our service level expectations.

- Assist in the completion of all omni fulfillment processes, including Ship From Store (SFS), Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS), and Curbside pickup.

- Participate in Loss Prevention procedures related to Omni-Channel processes; assist in conducting daily FedEx Box Count Audits in accordance with company Inventory Control and Loss Prevention standards.

- Uphold established policies and procedures concerning safety, loss prevention, and standard operating practices. Maintain confidentiality of all Company information.

- Foster an inclusive store environment where everyone (teammates and customers) feels welcomed, secure, and treated with respect.

- Embrace a collaborative approach to support the team throughout the store.

- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift items weighing between 15 to 35 lbs. repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
- Capacity to work extended periods (up to 4 hours) standing or walking. Ability to work at heights exceeding 4 feet using a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
- Capability to perform repetitive motions for brief periods (up to 2 hours continuously).

Depending on the location of House of Sport, you may be required to submit relevant state-mandated clearances to supervise minors.
