- Completed Degree as RN: Hold a completed degree as a Registered Nurse (ADN, BSN, MSN).

- Hospice and Palliative Medicine Experience: Possess experience in hospice and palliative medicine (preferred).

As a full-time Access and Enrollment RN, you will leverage technology to improve quality of care, provide education to patients and families, maximize hospice medical skills, approach patients and families holistically, respond to all referrals with a sense of urgency, evaluate patient and collaborate as a part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team to admit to appropriate program while developing an individualized plan of care, and have a flexible schedule and flexible on-call responsibilities.
