The Learning Experience #201 is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Infant Nursery Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for our youngest learners.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and Mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest quality care and education.
- Classroom Management is a top priority, as you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and organized learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Role Model and inspire a love of learning in our children, using a growth mindset to develop young minds and foster a sense of curiosity and wonder.
- Curriculum Implementation is a critical aspect of this role, as you will be responsible for implementing our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
- Communication is key, as you will be responsible for regularly communicating with parents through various channels, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
- Center Success is a team effort, and you will be expected to support your center's success by partnering with staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
- Relationship Building is essential, as you will be responsible for building strong relationships with families and coworkers, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
- Credential Requirements: Must have an INS credential.
- Experience: 1 year of professional teaching experience required.
- Education: Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred. High school diploma/GED required.
- Skills and Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP). CPR and First Aide certification preferred. Must meet state specific guidelines for the role.
