Lead Teacher for Infants and Toddlers

At The Learning Experience, we're dedicated to providing a nurturing and engaging environment for our youngest learners. As a Lead Teacher for Infants and Toddlers, you'll play a vital role in shaping the minds and hearts of our little ones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom, modeling behaviors and providing constructive feedback.
  • Oversee classroom management, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for our infants and toddlers.
  • Develop and implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, tailored to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication, sharing their child's progress and achievements.
  • Collaborate with center staff and leadership to drive enrollment and engagement goals.
Qualifications:
  • Must hold an INS credential.
  • 1 year of professional teaching experience required.
  • Associate degree or higher in ECE or a related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Compensation:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
