Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Rehabilitation Unit at HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for patients on our unit.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve quality patient outcomes and provide exceptional patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current Registered Nurse license in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse on a Medical/Surgical Unit, with Rehab experience preferred.
- Current BLS certification and ACLS preferred.
