Job Summary

The Opportunity Center is seeking a skilled Print Shop Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our print production team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the print shop team to ensure efficient and effective production.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage print estimates, work orders, and invoices, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with coworkers to ensure seamless communication and supply ordering.
  • Oversee the maintenance of inventory and ensure timely ordering of paper, print, and office supplies.
Requirements
  • A 4-year degree with 2+ years of related industry experience or 5-10 years of related industry experience without a degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate with customers, subordinates, and management.
  • Strong analytical and supervisory skills, with the ability to prioritize and organize work-related tasks and special projects.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment.
