Plumbing Instructor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced plumbing professional to join our team as a full-time Plumbing Instructor at Roto-Rooter Plumbing Services in Chattanooga, GA.

About the Role

As a Plumbing Instructor, you will be responsible for establishing instructional guidelines, overseeing the classroom, and setting standards for trainees. You will mentor and guide enthusiastic trainees through the intricacies of plumbing and water mitigation, creating engaging hands-on experiences for them to practice plumbing and water mitigation processes in a positive and dynamic learning atmosphere.

Responsibilities
  • Establish instructional guidelines and oversee the classroom
  • Set standards for trainees and provide guidance and mentorship
  • Create engaging hands-on experiences for trainees to practice plumbing and water mitigation processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • 4+ years of full-time experience in the plumbing industry
  • 4+ years of experience in instruction and instructional design
