Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the production of pastries and baked goods, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our cafes.
  • Lead and train a team of pastry staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our quality and service standards.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items, working closely with our culinary team to ensure they meet our company's standards.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Collaborate with our cafe staff to ensure seamless execution of pastry-related tasks, including customer service and order fulfillment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of professional pastry experience, preferably in a fast-paced bakery or cafe environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and quality control.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
