About the Job
We are seeking a skilled RN - PACU Nurse to join our team at Providence Medford Medical Center. As a PACU Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in the PACU setting, ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, administering medications and treatments as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and technologies.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 90 days of hire.
- At least one year of nursing experience.
