  • Collaborate with other maintenance teams to ensure seamless facility operations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in facility maintenance

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in facility maintenance or a related field
  • Strong understanding of various trades, including plumbing, carpentry, masonry, electrical work, and HVAC maintenance
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
