A Grounds Maintenance Specialist will perform a variety of grounds maintenance functions in a variety of skilled and semi-skilled craft trades to support assigned contracts.
This position will report to the project manager and is based at El Paso, Texas.
PCSI is a non-profit organization whose mission is to enhance the lives of people with disabilities through employment, advocacy, and partnerships.
We vet, prepare, lead, and sustain a skilled workforce that provides top-tier services at job sites across the country.
Our services include total facilities maintenance, hospital environmental services, custodial and grounds, disability awareness training, job coaching, and job placement.

The Grounds Maintenance Specialist will perform a variety of grounds maintenance functions, including:
- Assisting in the planning, layout, and completion of modifications and repairs.
- Performing preventive maintenance and cleaning of grounds equipment.
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of methods used in grounds keeping, including the use of all types of lawn equipment.
They will also be able to operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery, and understand and follow policies, procedures, and regulations as needed.
Ability to work as a team member and develop effective working relationships with other staff and clients is also essential.
The Grounds Maintenance Specialist will be required to work any time or day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
If required, they will also be able to obtain and maintain security clearance and base access to assigned site(s).
