POSITION SUMMARY: The Facilities Maintenance Technician is accountable for the upkeep and operational efficiency of all organizational properties and equipment. Responsibilities include tasks such as replacing locks, clearing plumbing issues, repairing walls, and changing lighting fixtures among others. This role operates on a daytime schedule from Monday to Friday, with a rotating paid on-call requirement.

REQUIREMENTS: Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
SPECIAL WORKING CONDITIONS: The position may involve extended and irregular hours, necessitating the carrying of a company-issued cellphone. Outdoor work in various weather conditions may be required, and interactions with individuals experiencing emotional disturbances could occur. The role includes rotating on-call responsibilities.
