We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our team at Ascension Seton. As a Trauma Surgeon APRN/PA, you will provide high-quality patient care and work closely with our Trauma Surgeons on call.
Responsibilities- Obtain patient history and perform assessments, ordering and interpreting diagnostic procedures as needed.
- Provide direct treatment and management of health conditions, documenting all care provided.
- Counsel and educate patients and their families/caregivers on preventative health, treatment options, and community resources.
- Perform preventative health assessments, screenings, immunizations, and care.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A graduate degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Current licensure and certification as a Physician Assistant in the state of Texas.
- At least one year of experience as a Trauma Surgeon APRN/PA.
