Your new role
About the position:
You will be an integral part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering a comprehensive and high-quality maintenance service across various facilities.
Your primary expertise will be in Joinery, where you will take the lead, but you will also be expected to engage in a variety of maintenance tasks as required.
Travel within the local area will be necessary for site visits.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on doors, windows, and general building structures.
- Conduct servicing and repairs of plumbing systems.
- Execute minor plastering and painting tasks.
- Maintain and repair internal fixtures and fittings.
- Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) across relevant sites.
- Respond to reactive service desk requests across relevant sites.
What you will need:
Qualified Joiner with a solid background in installation and maintenance tasks.
Health & Safety Certification.
Strong Customer Service skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize safety, and collaborate effectively within a team.
Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel.
The successful candidate will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS Check prior to commencing employment.
