Electronics Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Specialist to join our team at Aerolase Corporation. As an essential member of our engineering and operations functions, you will provide technical support and expertise to drive the development and implementation of innovative technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual optical assembly of lasers in a clean room environment with precision and attention to detail.
- Test, troubleshoot, and repair high-voltage laser power supplies and other electronics with a focus on quality and reliability.
- SUPPORT the development and implementation of test fixtures, equipment, procedures, and documentation for the engineering and operations functions.
- Provide customer technical support as needed, including product service, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain thorough, complete, and accurate written records; comply fully with the company's quality system and any regulatory requirements.
- FOLLOW safety rules for working with high-voltages and high-power lasers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical role involving manufactured goods, including electronics.
- Strong understanding of system and component design, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Enjoy working with your hands and have mechanical ability; minimum of 2 years experience in product assembly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with manufacturing within a Quality Management System (especially medical).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized with the ability to make decisions and work independently.
- Not afraid to ask questions and make suggestions for improvement.

Salary Estimate: $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on location and experience.
