This position entails ownership of domain and product areas, with a specific emphasis on improving user communications through diverse channels such as chat, email, messaging, and more.
You will ensure effective and seamless engagement, enhancing experiences for both candidates and customers.
Your ability to deliver high-quality software to our clients in a timely and predictable manner will be directly linked to your skill in identifying and resolving challenges within the initiatives you lead.
- Oversee the development of the HireVue platforms, ensuring the adoption of optimal development techniques, architectural patterns, frameworks, and libraries.
- Take ownership of complex issues within our systems and integrations, ensuring their resolution.
