Pediatrix Medical Group is actively seeking a BC/BE Neonatologist to become a vital part of our team at Arnot Ogden Medical Center (AOMC) in picturesque Elmira, New York. We are looking for candidates who are proficient clinicians, thrive in collaborative environments, adhere to evidence-based practices, and are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. Our scheduling system is designed for flexibility, allowing physicians to reside outside the immediate area if preferred.

Here are some highlights of this position:

  • AOMC stands as the sole regional perinatal center, providing extensive women's health services, including MFM services and a Level III NICU.
  • Our services encompass conventional ventilation and HFOV, supported by excellent nursing staff and a variety of pediatric sub-specialty consultations.
  • We operate a 20-bed, Level-III NICU, with an average of 1,500 deliveries annually, leading to nearly 300 NICU admissions and a daily patient census.
  • Approximately 15-20% of our admissions are transfers from surrounding hospitals.
  • Conveniently located near a vibrant suburb and a prestigious university.

Arnot Ogden Medical Center is a 266-bed tertiary facility and the flagship institution of Arnot Health, a regional non-profit health system established through the merger of AOMC and St. Joseph's Hospital. Compensation and Benefits

Our clinicians receive a competitive compensation package, with many locations offering sign-on bonuses and relocation support.

Compensation Range: $225,000 to $275,000 based on experience.
