  • Implement safety measures to prevent unnecessary radiation exposure to both patients and staff.
  • Utilize proper techniques and protocols, including patient shielding, to ensure safety.
  • Maintain comprehensive patient records for accurate tracking and follow-up.
  • Uphold a clean and safe working environment to promote health and safety standards.
Qualifications and Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Certification as a radiologic technologist from a recognized institution.
  • Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) credential from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Possession of national and local licensure to practice as a radiologic technologist.
  • Thorough understanding of radiology procedures and imaging technology.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and provide high-quality care.
  • Proficiency in radiology software applications.
  • Current CPR certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of practical experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
