Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and foster a proactive work environment that prioritizes company goals.
  • Deliver monthly safety training to department personnel and ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Conduct visual inspections to approve quality and quantity of workmanship, taking corrective action as needed.
  • Provide production reports to Executive Team Members and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with maintenance to ensure production equipment runs safely and efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and present suggestions to Executive levels.

Requirements:

  • Must be open to flexible scheduling.
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing is preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and computer literacy, specifically Microsoft Office.
  • SAP and LEAN experience are a plus.
