**Key Responsibilities**

As a key member of the Essex County Greenbelt Association team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the organization's volunteer program. This includes:

  2. **Volunteer Program Development**
  3. **Stewardship Coordination**

**Corporate and Public Workday Program Management**

You will be responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and planning projects suitable for a range of audiences and group sizes. This will involve working with volunteers, corporate partners, and other stakeholders to ensure successful events.

**Volunteer Program Development**

You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's volunteer software, tracking volunteer progress, and building relationships with volunteers and corporate partners. This will involve creating and implementing programs to retain and engage volunteers, as well as seeking out new volunteers to join the organization.

**Stewardship Coordination**

You will work closely with the Stewardship Team to identify projects appropriate for volunteers that support the organization's stewardship goals. This will involve guiding volunteers in the proper use and care of tools, equipment, and materials, and ensuring volunteers are engaged and well-supported.
