As an RN in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients with medical and surgical conditions. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Your experience and skills will enable you to prioritize patient care activities, delegate tasks effectively, and communicate clearly with patients and their families.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of recent Med/Surg experience in an acute care setting and one year of experience in a Progressive Care, Intermediate Care, or Step-Down or Telemetry Unit. A Graduate of an accredited nursing program and a Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided) are also required. Basic Life Support certification is necessary at hire, and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification is desirable.
We offer a competitive salary range of $98,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
