Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, using electronic medical records (EMRs) and other documentation tools.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted California RN license.
- Associates Degree in Nursing from an accredited College or University; Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current CPR certification.
- Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible and directly-related work experience, preferably in Pediatrics.
- Experience in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems; EPIC preferred.
