Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Specialist

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

We are looking for a detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team at Health Care for the Homeless Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience working with healthcare regulations and laws, and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with these standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with clinical staff and leadership to develop and implement effective compliance programs
  • Support accreditation, licensing, and regulatory activities by developing training materials and facilitating discussions
  • Identify and assess quality and risk information to collaborate on corrective action plans for health center compliance
  • Develop and execute internal audit processes, including mock surveys, tracer activities, and site visits

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or Health Policy required; Master's degree preferred
  • Two years of experience working with healthcare regulations and laws required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
