The Nutrition and Food Service Specialist is responsible for executing routine food preparation and assisting patients in various dining settings, including meal service, catering, and special events.
Basic Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
In addition to the core responsibilities outlined below, employees are expected to complete all mandatory training as per organizational standards and policies.
+ Prepares and serves beverages and meals in accordance with patient dietary requirements, including specialized diet orders and safety protocols.
+ Accurately documents patient intake, focusing on specific nutrient consumption as per established guidelines.
+ Provides detailed menu information and clarifies ingredient and preparation methods as necessary.
+ Assists in food preparation tasks, utilizing food production equipment as needed.
+ Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of work areas.
+ Cleans and sanitizes kitchenware, utensils, and equipment, ensuring proper storage after use.
+ Restocks condiments and other food supplies as required.
+ Adheres to all safety and sanitation regulations to guarantee high-quality food service.
+ Performs additional related duties as assigned.
+ Exhibits sound judgment, patience, and professionalism at all times.
+ Capable of thriving in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
+ Willingness to work flexible hours, including varied shifts.
+ Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
+ Lifting, Pushing, and Pulling:
