About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our kitchen team at Tiny Boxwoods. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and high-standard environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate dish machines to company and manufacturer specifications
  • Restock all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
  • Remove all garbage and break down, clean, and sanitize the dish machine at the end of a shift
  • Keep dish and other storage areas clean and organized
  • Responsible for cleaning and maintaining restrooms on a daily basis
  • Helps organize and clean the back dock on a daily basis
  • Must adhere to sanitation, safety, and food regulations
  • Perform various cleaning tasks and side work
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work station
  • Perform up to company standards and expectations
Requirements
  • Texas Food Handlers certificate
  • Good memory
  • Flexible availability in scheduling
  • Capacity to multitask
  • Ability to work as part of a team
Working Conditions

The incumbent will be working in a restaurant setting, on the floor with guests, in the kitchen, and dish area. Potential hazards include but are not limited to cuts, slipping, tripping, falls, and burns. Frequent hand washing is required.

Physical Requirements

The incumbent is required to stand/walk for long periods of time. Incumbent is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and be able to constantly move around in the kitchen.
