**Key Responsibilities:**

* Prepare and serve coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, and latte
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and surrounding areas
* Provide excellent customer service, including greeting guests and responding to their needs
* Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service
* Maintain knowledge of menu items and ingredients

**Requirements:**

* 1+ year of experience as a Barista or in a related role
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
* Knowledge of coffee preparation methods and ingredients
* Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods
