Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant during your shift.
  • Implement, manage, and enforce company policies, procedures, programs, and performance standards.
  • Ensure that all menu items are prepared, portioned, and presented properly in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.
  • Perform/assist all functions for all positions in the restaurant as required.
  • Set up each shift for success through thorough planning, careful inspection, and anticipation of potential challenges.
  • Direct your shift to execute your plan and lead a great team.
  • Measure the results of the shift against your plan and ensure the restaurant is ready for the next guest and for the next shift.
Requirements
  • High school diploma; some college or degree preferred.
  • 1-year experience preferably in the food service industry.
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work irregular hours under heavy pressure/stress during busy times.
