Job Summary

FUTUREX is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of accounts receivable, including billing, collections, and customer inquiries.

Responsibilities
  • Process sales orders and invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage accounts receivable duties, including collections and follow-up on outstanding payments
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve billing inquiries and issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless resolution of AR-related issues
  • Support month-end close activities through account reconciliations and journal entries
  • Participate in other accounting-related projects as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Proven experience in managing accounts receivable and billing
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
  • Database management experience with Salesforce a plus
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
