Job Description

Job Title: Program Manager

Job Summary:

The Program Manager role at AnaVation is a critical leadership position responsible for driving customer relationships, program financial performance, and mission impact. As a key member of the Account Leadership Team, the Program Manager will deliver technical service excellence to our Intelligence Community and Department of Defense customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute program strategies to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions and services to customers.
  • Manage program financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Top Secret SCI, Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph eligible clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 9 years of experience in management, project management, or customer-facing leadership roles in support of Intelligence Community or Department of Defense agencies.
  • Experience providing technical support to IC, DoD, or similar missions.
  • Experience briefing to senior Government Leadership.
  • Experience as an employee supervisor, including recruiting, performance reviews, retention, and career path/promotions.
  • Experience with Government contract financial reporting (customer and contractor internal).
  • Experience with concurrent project delivery, performance, and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in a relevant field.
  • SAFe Agile, Scrum Master, AWS cloud, IAT II certifications (CySA+, Security+, or similar).
  • Military or IC Government experience.
  • Experience supporting full lifecycle RMF/A&A process for classified DoD or IC technical capability delivery.
  • Experience leading Agile Development Teams.
  • Experience recruiting cleared technical staff.
  • Experience working with Cloud development and delivery.
  • Experience with Government contract deliverables and CPARS.
