Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-time with flexible shifts available from 07:30 AM to 06:30 PM, Monday through Friday, including one Saturday each month.
- Compensation: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
- Employment Type: Temp-to-hire position.
- Facilitate the opening of various deposit accounts, address customer inquiries, manage account updates, and maintain accurate member records.
- Assess and validate loan applications and creditworthiness, calculating debt ratios, confirming employment and income, and appraising collateral value. Request additional documentation as necessary.
- Efficiently execute a range of teller transactions in accordance with the Credit Union's established policies and maintain balancing standards.
- Reconcile cash drawer at the end of each shift against the computer-generated balance sheet, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and report any issues to management as needed.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant banking experience is required.
- Ability to work swiftly and accurately in a high-paced environment.
- Previous sales experience is advantageous.
