Key Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections, testing, and system evaluations in compliance with fire regulations; identify code violations and system shortcomings while preparing precise and timely inspection documentation.


Core Duties:
- Install or enhance fire alarm systems in commercial facilities.
- Test and rectify existing alarm systems.
- Perform inspections to confirm compliance with regulations.
- Generate comprehensive inspection reports, noting any concerns.
- Accurately report on completed tasks in a timely manner.
- Safeguard and maintain company assets.
- Inspect and care for the service vehicle and all associated equipment, submitting repair requests as needed to ensure safe operation.
- Adhere to safety protocols as specified by company guidelines, including driver safety and personal protective measures.
- Respond to urgent service requests.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by management.

Qualifications:
- NICET certification is preferred (requires prior experience or training).
- Familiarity with NFPA standards is advantageous (including 70 and 72).
- Experience with commercial systems.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Comply with the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.

While executing the essential functions of this position, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands for handling or feeling, reach with hands or arms, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and may occasionally lift and/or move heavy items.
