Solar Construction Manager II

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager II to join our team at MasTec Renewables. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for directing, planning, and managing construction activities on job sites with a focus on delivering projects within assigned schedules and budgets.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and manage construction activities on job sites to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of construction workers and foremen to ensure efficient and safe project execution.
- Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and issues are resolved.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide guidance to construction teams.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Five years of construction industry experience, including supervisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, estimating, and construction management principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Competitive salary range of $140,000-$170,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
