Solar Construction Manager II

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager II to join our team at MasTec Renewables. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for directing, planning, and managing construction activities on job sites with a focus on delivering projects within assigned schedules and budgets.

• Direct and manage construction activities on job sites to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of construction workers and foremen to ensure efficient and safe project execution.
• Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and issues are resolved.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide guidance to construction teams.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Five years of construction industry experience, including supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, estimating, and construction management principles.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Competitive salary range of $140,000-$170,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
