KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of resort restrooms, kitchens, and shared areas.
Regularly clean and service laundry facilities, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and lint-free.
Ensure floors are swept, vacuumed, mopped, waxed, and buffed as necessary.
Keep windows, screens, and ledges clean and operational.
Ensure all office spaces are tidy and organized.

Dispose of waste as required.

Adhere to all safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions or equipment issues to the management team.
Complete additional tasks and special projects as assigned.

KEY COMPETENCIES:

Attention to Detail:
Meticulous cleaning and organization are essential to maintain high cleanliness standards.

Time Management:
Effectively managing time to complete tasks within set deadlines is crucial.

Organizational Skills:
Strong organizational abilities are necessary to track cleaning supplies and schedules efficiently.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED required.
Must be diligent, dependable, and focused on providing excellent customer service.
Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Prior experience in cleaning residential or large commercial spaces is preferred.
Knowledge of general cleaning practices and safety measures when handling cleaning agents is necessary.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands.
Lifting Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Environmental Conditions:
Exposure to temperature variations.
