Seeking a Compassionate Mental Health Specialist

We are committed to providing exceptional mental health services to our clients, and we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual counseling services to clients facing mental health challenges
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for clients
  • Utilize strong communication skills, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach to ensure client success
  • Collaborate with the community partner to provide direct care coordination services
  • Attend regular team meetings and participate in clinical case discussions

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
  • Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LPC-IT, etc.)
  • Valid driver's license and insurance maintained throughout employment
  • Current resident of the state of Wisconsin

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Spanish speaking
