Job Summary

Ellie Mental Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to provide individual counseling services to clients facing mental health challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychology or a related field, with experience in assessing, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, and implement treatment plans, complete ongoing documentation, and provide excellent customer service to clients and collaborate with a dynamic team.
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals, prepare and submit individual documentation for each session, and maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week.
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed, and attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university, and clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LPC-IT, etc.).
  • Current resident of the state of Wisconsin, valid driver's license, and insurance maintained throughout employment.
  • Perform a range of clinical services, including accurate assessments, therapy/counseling, support, and evaluation of mental health and/or co-occurring issues in a culturally competent, recovery-oriented, trauma-sensitive manner.
