We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Game Day Production team as a Game Day Production Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of pregame pageantry and special effects equipment for our home games.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unloading and Preparing Special Effects Equipment: Assist in the unloading and preparation of special effects equipment, as directed by our Special Effects Staff.
  • Testing and Safety Checks: Assist in the testing and safety checks of special effects equipment, as directed by our Special Effects Staff.
  • Set Piece and Equipment Movement: Move all set pieces and special effects equipment for the pregame pageantry.
  • Ensuring Safety and Positive Experience: Ensure all movements and staging are positive and safe for all parties in and around the designated area.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform additional responsibilities as needed and directed by supervisory personnel.

Requirements:

  • Physical Demands: Must be able to carry/move/handle 50 pounds.
  • Availability: Must be available for all home games.
  • Work Ethic and Attitude: Strong work ethic, self-starter, pro-active, detail-oriented, and positive attitude.
  • Team Orientation: Desire to work in a team-oriented environment.
