Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and Painting
    • Prepare areas to be painted by cleaning, scraping, sanding, patching, and masking adjacent surfaces as needed.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to OSHA/MSDS guidelines when using hazardous chemicals.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory of paint, paint brushes, and other painting supplies in accordance with management's instructions.
  • Painting and Finishing
    • Paint areas as instructed by maintenance supervisors or property managers, utilizing appropriate finishes and applications.
    • Apply paint and finishes to meet company standards and client expectations.
  • Special Projects and Maintenance
    • Assist with special maintenance projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Familiarity with OSHA/MSDS guidelines and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver painting equipment and supplies.
