Key Responsibilities:• Set up equipment, program, film, and box for scheduled products.• Verify product codes, vat, and sell-by dates.• Select, check, replace, or remove machinery parts as needed.• Check pallet identifications and trim blocks for surface defects.• Perform first-line maintenance and report issues.• Maintain temperature and speed adjustments for efficient operations.• Ensure proper sanitization, set-up, and safety of machines.• Operate all production machines.• Conduct and document quality checks.• Assist team members with line duties.• Rework products as necessary.• Scan and enter data into inventory systems.• Ensure product quality and correct packaging.• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.• Adhere to company rules, regulations, and core values, including food safety and quality requirements.Qualifications:• Dependable with a strong Commitment to your Team• Ability to read, write, and perform mathematical and weight measurements.• Mechanical aptitude and pallet jack certification preferred.• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.• Schedule flexibility and willingness to work overtime.Physical Demands:• Heavy physical demand, including standing, stooping, kneeling, and exposure to varying temperatures
