Job Summary

EHS Coordinator Role

Uline, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced EHS Coordinator to join our team. As an EHS Coordinator, you will play a critical role in promoting a culture of safety and risk management within our organization.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement safety programs to reduce risks to employees and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety training programs.
  • Participate in new product and process reviews to identify potential safety risks.
  • Review incident reports and develop strategies to prevent future incidents.
  • Train new employees on Uline's safety procedures and standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or distribution environment.
  • Forklift certification and reach truck driving experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
