Lead a Team of Educators and Inspire Young Minds

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Childcare Center Team Lead to join our team at Learning Care Group. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children in your care, while also communicating and building relationships with families to support their child's achievement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Classroom Instruction: Provide high-quality instruction to preschool children, with a focus on promoting learning and development.
  • Classroom Management: Lead and manage a team of educators, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to new hires and fellow educators, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Leadership: Take on the duties of Director or Assistant Director in their absence, including opening and closing the school.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 18 years old, with experience in a licensed childcare facility, leading a classroom, and implementing lesson plans.
  • Education: College credits towards Early Childhood Education or Child Development degree, or a CDA, preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience, and to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
Benefits:
  • Compensation: $21.30-$29.75 per hour, based on position, education, and experience.
