Broadlawns Medical Center is a leading healthcare provider with a strong commitment to quality and patient-centered care. We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Data Quality Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of data management for our health system's quality department. This includes developing, automating, monitoring, validating, and maintaining clinical quality databases, as well as implementing and maintaining data visualization tools to enhance data accessibility and decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of clinical database development and the ability to compile complete, correct, and consistent data to meet clinical quality and financial goals. They will also have excellent communication and writing skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and maintaining clinical quality databases
  2. Implementing and maintaining data visualization tools
  3. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of data management activities
  4. Implementing algorithms and methodologies to detect data discrepancies
  5. Performing administrative tasks to support quality and related departments

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field, as well as 3 years of experience in clinical/health system data management. A Master's degree and 5 years of experience are preferred.
