Job Summary

The Inbound Loan Officer will be responsible for converting mortgage leads into sales while working remotely. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work with a CRM, and a proven track record of converting mortgage leads to sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Convert mortgage leads into sales over the phone
  • Work with a dedicated marketing person to help with drip campaigns and customized marketing
  • Manage leads using a CRM
  • Meet monthly sales targets
Requirements
  • NMLS license in one of the following states: PA, NJ, MD, or VA, or hold a Federal Bank License
  • 3+ years of experience converting mortgage leads to sale over the phone
  • Strong communication skills over the phone and email
