KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. **Leadership and Team Management:**
- Supervise a team of marketing professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance.
- Provide guidance and training to the Customer Service Social Media Team, enhancing their ability to engage with customers effectively.

2. **Content Development:**
- Direct the creation of diverse content types that resonate with our audience and support various initiatives such as Safety, Energy Efficiency, and Community Engagement.
- Curate user-generated and third-party content that aligns with our brand messaging.

3. **Strategic Planning:**
- Formulate a comprehensive content strategy that reflects our marketing objectives and target demographics.
- Conduct thorough audience research to understand preferences and behaviors, tailoring content accordingly.

4. **Social Media Management:**
- Plan and implement social media campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement.
