About the Role

The Revenue Cycle Success Manager will lead a team of Revenue Cycle Managers, overseeing day-to-day functions to ensure timely and accurate claims processing, payment posting, AR management, and reporting. This strategic thinker with strong leadership skills will drive operational efficiency and financial performance while focusing on customer success and satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a high-performing revenue cycle team, emphasizing customer success, professional growth, team cohesion, and motivation.
  • Implement and drive initiatives to improve revenue cycle operations, leveraging expertise in strategic planning and change management.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to achieve financial targets, ensuring adherence to SLAs, OLAs, and SOPs.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, fostering a culture of continuous innovation within the team.
  • Serve as a point of advanced escalation, reviewing and auditing customer escalations to prevent future occurrences.
  • Manage team timecards, PTO, productivity, and performance, with additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration, business administration, or finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management or a related field within the healthcare industry.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management principles and practices, including proficiency in revenue cycle management software, terminology, and electronic health record systems.
  • Exceptional communication and people skills, with the ability to interact effectively across a multi-disciplinary work group.
