Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Anesthesiologist to join our team in a full call-taking position. This opportunity offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, profit sharing, and a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and a passion for working in a collaborative and progressive Anesthesia Care Team Model.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality anesthesia care to patients in a variety of settings, including hospitals, office-based practices, and surgery centers
- Collaborate with a team of anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide emergency anesthesia services as needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest anesthesia techniques and technologies through ongoing education and training
- Base salary: $550,000
- Profit sharing via 401k contribution
- 8 weeks PTO plus 7 paid holidays
- Up to $200k sign-on bonus/student loan assistance
- Up to $10,000 relocation assistance available
