  • Clean and prepare vacant units for new residents within 24-72 hours, adhering to company standards.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, including interior and exterior spaces, to ensure resident satisfaction.
  • Keep supply rooms fully stocked and organized, ensuring cleanliness of equipment and supplies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support community operations.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record (if applicable).
