* Filter oil fryers daily to maintain a clean and safe environment

* Unload delivery trucks 2 times a week to receive inventory and supplies
* Take out and empty trash compactor to maintain a clean and odor-free environment
* Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris to ensure a safe and functional environment
